Peel Grinding Wheel (Diamond / CBN Step Profile Grinding Wheel) is a professional superabrasive tool specially designed for CNC peel grinding machines and precision cylindrical step grinding machines. It is developed for one-step profile grinding of multi-step and variable-diameter workpieces.
Constructed with high-strength steel base and premium diamond / CBN superabrasives, the wheel adopts three major bond systems: metal, resin, and ceramic. It is matched in rough and fine grinding sets to complete multi-step cylindrical forming and dimensional finishing in a single clamping. Replacing traditional turning and multi-stage segmented grinding processes, it realizesgrinding instead of turning and integrated rough & finish machining. It effectively solves the step forming problems of cemented carbide, high-speed steel, high-hardness die steel and precision ceramic micro-shaft parts, ensuring stable batch dimensional accuracy, controllable runout, and significantly reduced overall processing costs.
