Double-end diamond grinding discs are designed for simultaneous grinding of both sides of ceramic workpieces, ensuring excellent flatness, parallelism, and surface finish.
They are widely used in machining advanced ceramic materials such as:
Alumina (Al₂O₃)
Zirconia (ZrO₂)
Silicon Carbide (SiC)
Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄)
With optimized bond systems and diamond distribution, the discs deliver high efficiency, long service life, and stable performance in mass production environments.

Why choose double sided diamond grinding disc?
Double-end surface grinding is a highly efficient grinding method. In one grinding stroke, two parallel end surfaces with very high precision and roughness can be processed simultaneously, which not only greatly improves the processing efficiency, but also greatly improves the geometric tolerance and dimensional tolerance.
High Precision Grinding
Parallelism: ≤ 0.003 mm
Flatness: ≤ 0.002 mm
Ideal for precision ceramic components
🔹 High Efficiency
Double-side grinding improves productivity by 2–3x
Suitable for batch processing
🔹 Excellent Surface Finish
Ra: 0.2–0.6 μm (depending on grit size)
Reduces subsequent polishing time
🔹 Long Service Life
High diamond concentration
Optimized bond wear resistance
🔹 Stable Performance
Uniform diamond distribution
Minimal thermal deformation
